About

Port Sunlight

Discover the story of one of the finest surviving industrial worker villages in the world at the award-winning and independent Port Sunlight Museum.

Based in the old Girls' Club building, the museum is packed with tales and nostalgia, from a recreated grocer's shop with vintage Sunlight Soap packaging to audio relating to Ringo Starr’s first performance with the Beatles in the village in 1962.

Next door to the museum and included with your ticket, is the Worker's Cottage, a time capsule house filled with stories of the real soap factory workers who lived there. Groups can also take home a piece of Port Sunlight from the gift shop.

Through film shows, interactives, models, and an array of intriguing artefacts, your group will come away inspired and ready to explore the famous village beyond.

Special group rate applies to groups of 11 or more. No maximum.
